News: Play Batman: Arkham City in 3D, even without a 3DTV

Warner Bros. have announced that Batman: Arkham City will be released with both stereoscopic and anaglyphic 3D support built in. Therefore if you haven't treated yourself to a swanky 3DHDTV then you will still be able to enjoy Bat's Gotham adventures by making use of "3D glasses available for the video game". We assume they'll be called Bat-glasses or Bat-vision.

The stereoscopic and anaglyphic support will be included in both the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, with the PC version also including 3D support providing you have the appropriate Nvidiea 3D vision technology and compatible monitor.

Batman: Arkham City is scheduled for release on October 21st, and the full press release is available to view over at Joystiq..
