News: Portal 2 DLC coming in September

Oil up those robots, Valve has confirmed to Kotaku at Gamescom that the Portal 2 DLC is to be released in September. "That's still technically summer" says Doug Lambardi, Valve's marketing director, pointing out that Valve is sticking to this promise. Of course, this DLC is completely free and frankly for what's included: new maps, leader boards and challenge modes, that's pretty awesome.

Sure it may be a little later than some may have expected, but it is coming, it is free, and that, ladies and gentlemen, is a triumph.
